Small Business
The full local-SEO build — services hub, service-area pages, and a Google Business Profile treated as a real deliverable, not an afterthought.
$4,500 · 2-3 weeks*
Who This Is For
Small, independent local service businesses — accountants, roofers,
plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, and similar trades — that need real
local-search visibility, the kind a static brochure site can't deliver.
Built using
the building-website-for-small-business.md methodology (the same guide
this build itself follows).
What's Included
- Services hub + Service-Area hub, each with real, researched per-page content — never a templated page with just the town name swapped
- Google Business Profile treated as a first-class deliverable: category selection, full service list, real photos, review-generation plan
- Real reviews sourced and displayed honestly — never fabricated to fill a gap
- Licensing/bonding/insurance disclosure with real numbers, visible where a first-time visitor will actually see it
- Full technical build — see Process
Turnaround
2-3 weeks* from kickoff to launch — the highest page count and the heaviest local-SEO build-out of the three tiers, still a scoped project with a real end date, not a multi-month engagement.
*Draft estimate, not yet confirmed as a hard number — see the Pricing page for the full timeline/scope-discipline explanation, including what keeps a multi-page build from sliding past its quoted window.
Payment
- 1/3 due to start
- 1/3 due after styling is approved
- 1/3 due after final sign-off -- triggers file handover and go-live
Retainer: $25/mo/month for ongoing support — see Pricing & Payment for exactly what that covers.
FAQ
Do you write my reviews for me if I don't have many yet? No — never. If you have few or no reviews, the build includes a review-generation plan instead: a real, honest ask to happy customers, not invented five-star content.
What about service-area pages for towns I don't have anything specific to say about? Per the guide's anti-thin-content rule, if there's no genuine local angle for a town, that page doesn't get built in the initial launch — it's flagged for Phase 2/3 instead of shipped thin.
Do I need to already have a logo or brand colors? No — if you have one, real hex values get extracted from it. If not, a restrained anchor color gets picked and the palette derived from that.
